Terms & Conditions


  • COPFC or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • COPFC reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - info@copfc.co.uk.
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • If you decide to depart the club you need to put it in writing to the club and if you have made a subscription payment under no circumstances will this be refunded or carried over. To cancel your subscription you need to allow 5-10 working days prior to the payment date of 1st of the month. This allows time for cancellations to be processed. COPFC can not cancel a subscription without written request.
  • COPFC have factored in 4 session cancelations across the year at the expense of COPFC - this is factored into the subscription and will not effect you.
  • COPFC have the right to decide if a refund is to be received. In the event of exams taking over the hall if no alternative is provided a refund will be made if the 4 COPFC cancelations has been exceeded - if an alternative provision is arranged no refund will be made.
  • If sessions are cancelled on COPFC behalf No refund will be given but we may pause subscriptions depending on how long the cancellation is for. This is at discretion of the clubs decision.
  • COPFC where possible will offer a discount code to the upcoming half term camp as a gesture of goodwill.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • COVID-19 - if child or members of family are experiencing covid symptoms please do not attend sessions.
  • No refunds will be made if sessions are cancelled due to Covid.
  • Camp bookings - refunds will only be made if we have a waiting list or proof of unable to attend due to COVID-19.
  • Session times May also be changed if numbers are low due to covid. We will aim to do this with plenty of notice but sometimes this May not be possible.
  • Payment is to secure your space at COPFC any missed sessions your fees do not carry over.
  • You are confirming that you have read the COPFC code of conduct and all other relevant documents which you can find on our website COPFC.weebly.com any failure to abide to the code of conduct can result in form warnings and dismissal from the club.
  • You will treat members of COPFC with respect including coaching staff.
